At Au Sève, we want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below.

Free UK Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom. No minimum order required.

Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Once dispatched, please allow the following delivery times:

United Kingdom: 5–8 business days
Ireland: 7–10 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel at any time.

Processing Times

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During peak periods (e.g. sale events or holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Au Sève cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us at support@auseve.com as soon as possible.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at support@auseve.com and we will investigate immediately.
