30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (your order confirmation email)
How to Return an Item
- Email us at support@auseve.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Send the item back to the address provided
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days
Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at support@auseve.com with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:
- Self-tanning products that have been opened or partially used
If the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, this does not apply and we will arrange a full refund or replacement.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return.
